2. Information Collection and Use
- No Personal Server Data Storage: NovaGram does not collect, store, or process your personal messages, photos, videos, passwords, or contact details on any external servers controlled by us.
- Telegram Infrastructure: When you use our app, you access the Telegram service directly. Consequently, your personal data and messaging data are handled according to the Telegram Privacy Policy.
- Permissions Requested: NovaGram requests access to device permissions (e.g., Camera, Contacts, Microphone, Storage) solely to enable native features within the app. These permissions are used locally on your device to facilitate the Telegram experience and are never transmitted to our own servers.
3. Advertising Disclosure (Google AdMob)
To keep NovaGram free to use, we display advertisements provided by third-party ad networks, primarily Google AdMob.

4. Account and Data Deletion
Since NovaGram is powered by the Telegram API, your account and chat data are managed entirely by Telegram. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, you can do so directly within the app settings or via the official Telegram Deletion Page. Deleting your Telegram account will automatically remove your data from Telegram's servers.
5. International Data Privacy Compliance
Because NovaGram is accessible globally, we comply with international privacy legislation across all regions:
- European Union (GDPR) & United Kingdom (UK-GDPR): NovaGram does not act as a data controller or processor of your personal messaging data. Telegram acts as the primary data controller. For advertising cookies and consent, users in the EEA/UK can manage their consent choices through the in-app Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) consent tool.
- California, USA (CCPA/CPRA): We do not sell or share your personal information. Requirements for data deletion, opt-out, or access are managed directly through your interaction with the Telegram service and AdMob settings.
- Brazil (LGPD) & Other Regions: We respect data privacy rights worldwide. Data handling adheres strictly to Telegram’s security standards and Google AdMob’s global advertising standards.
6. Children’s Privacy
NovaGram is not intended for use by children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Union). We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children.

Since we do not store your personal data on external servers, the security and privacy of your communications are maintained by the robust, end-to-end encryption protocols provided by the official Telegram API.
