QR Master Toolkit ("we," "our," or "us") respects your absolute right to privacy. This application functions as a utility for scanning and generating QR codes and barcodes, supported by non-intrusive mobile advertising.

1. Advertising & Third-Party Services

To keep QR Master Toolkit completely free for all users, we integrate Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may serve three formats of ads within the app:

• Banner Ads: Displayed at fixed positions on the screen.
• Interstitial Ads: Full-screen ads shown during smooth transitions between tasks.
• Rewarded Ads: Optional video ads that users can choose to watch to unlock specific app features or rewards.

To serve ads, measure ad performance, and prevent fraud, Google AdMob may automatically collect non-personally identifiable diagnostic and device information, such as IP address, mobile advertising identifiers (e.g., Google Advertising ID / AAID), and device performance data.

2. Information Collection & Processing

Apart from standard ad-serving data processed directly by Google AdMob, we do not collect, store, share, or transmit any personal data, user scan histories, or QR code contents.

• Local Execution: All QR code generation, image scanning, and decoding process entirely on your local device RAM. Your scanned data never reaches our servers.
• No User Registration: You are never asked to create an account, enter email addresses, or provide personal details to use the application.

3. Device Permissions Explained

QR Master Toolkit requests minimal essential Android system permissions solely to deliver features locally on your device:

• Camera Access (`CAMERA`): Required solely to capture live video feeds for scanning QR/barcodes. Camera frames are processed instantly in local memory and are never saved or uploaded.
• Vibration (`VIBRATE`): Used to give tactile haptic feedback upon successful code scanning.
• Internet & Network (`INTERNET`, `ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE`): Required strictly to load Google AdMob advertisements and verify internet connectivity status.

4. Global Privacy Framework Compliance

We comply with international privacy regulations through strict architectural data minimization:

• European Economic Area (GDPR) & UK GDPR: Google AdMob respects user consent choices for personalized vs. non-personalized advertising in compliance with EU regulations.
• California (CCPA / CPRA): We do not sell or share personal information as defined by California consumer privacy laws.
• India (DPDPA 2023): Fully compliant with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act as no personal user identifiers are harvested or retained.

5. Children’s Privacy

QR Master Toolkit does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the EU). Our third-party ad partner (Google AdMob) is configured to comply with child safety guidelines including COPPA.
